As Christians, we begin each day by making the sign of the cross. On the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy and Life-Giving Cross of the Lord, our parish also began a new chapter: we renewed the lease on the premises where we gather for prayer and worship.
We are deeply grateful to the owner of the premises for taking our needs into account and allowing us to remain here. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the person who has agreed to act as guarantor for our new lease.
The renewed lease comes with an increase in rent. We therefore ask everyone who is able to continue supporting our parish, each according to their means. Every contribution, however small, helps us maintain this place of prayer and fellowship.
Our parish has limited financial resources, so all donations currently go towards covering the costs of maintaining the church. Our clergy are not currently paid.
